1. Who is Eligible to Participate?
Eligibility extends to students from grades 1 to 12 enrolled in CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or any other recognized board across India and abroad.

2. Olympiad Venue Information
For offline Olympiads, the examination venue will be the participant’s school. For online Olympiads, exams can be taken from home or a cyber cafe using a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection. Google Chrome is recommended for the best testing experience, and a functioning webcam is required.

3. Understanding the Syllabus
Olympiads are designed around common topics across educational boards, primarily based on the previous year's syllabus. Depending on the Olympiad's timing, a portion of the current year's syllabus may also be incorporated.

4. Fee Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Issues with Olympiad Access Post-Payment
If Olympiads do not appear in your account after payment, please email a screenshot of the transaction to hummingbirdeducation@gmail.com. Access will be granted within 24 hours.

6. Payment Difficulties
If you encounter issues while making a payment, follow these steps after submitting your details and choosing your Olympiads to receive a username and password via SMS and email: Visit https://olympiads.co.in/index/Login, login with your credentials. Navigate to the Subscription section, select your subscription, choose your Olympiads, and proceed with payment.

7. Error: 'User Already Submitted'
Should this error occur, it indicates that you have already registered. Please log in with your provided credentials and proceed with your subscription and payment as described above.

8. Retrieving Username and Password
Through School: Admit cards issued by your school will contain this information. Individual Registrants: Upon registration, details are immediately sent to your provided email and SMS. Check both, including the spam folder, for these details.

9. Editing Class or Profile Details
To update your class or personal information: Log in at https://olympiads.co.in/index/Login. Navigate to Account > Profile, and select 'Edit Details' to make changes.

10. Updating Your Password
Change your password by logging in, going to Account > Update Password.

11. Subscription Details
View your Olympiad subscriptions by logging in and selecting Subscription from the dropdown menu.

12. Payment Receipt
After logging in, access your payment receipt under the Subscription section.

13. Accessing E-Learning Materials and Examination Links
Upon login, use the Olympiads link for examination access, the Mock Tests for practice, and Video Tutorials for learning content.

14. Participation and Merit Certificates
Participation certificates are available under the Certificate tab after attempting the examination

15. Results Announcement
Results are published on our website. School participants will also receive results from their respective institutions.
