In accordance with our Articles of Association, unless otherwise determined in a general meeting of the Company and subject to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable rules, the number of Directors of the Company shall not be less than 3 and not more than 15, at least two-thirds of whom shall be liable to retire by rotation. Our Company currently has 5 (Five) directors on our Board, of which 2 (Two) are Executive Directors, 1 (One) is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and 2 (Two) are Non-Executive Independent Directors.
